Policy for the People, for Mother Earth
It is us humans who can do this. Working together, it can be done.
We will work together, compromise to find middle ground, and consistently communicate our rationales. Based on reason, this approach will lead to results that will best serve the well-being of a large majority of people and life on Earth. No one will ever be forgotten. We will address and try to care for any remaining minorities too. We are human beings, brothers and sisters, family.
Of course, policy involves such topics as foreign policy, the future of the economy, border policy, abortion, and health care. Stances for each of these need not be relentlessly divisive and based on zero-sum arguments. Look around. People can have their own opinions. It is OK. Also, federalism is the basis of our entire government in America–states have their own say too.
We will not shy away from any issue. We will address each and every issue head on. We, the American People, will work together.
We will consistently communicate our rationales, both before and after decisions get made. The lifeblood of America, all hundreds of millions of us, will be able to listen and be heard. It seems like the only fair way. Transparency is key, and the extent of transparency in government should only be limited by National Security issues. Other than that, everyone truly deserves a seat at every table. Plants and animals too!
